District 2 RCMP along with various Search and Rescue Units from New Brunswick are presently looking for a five-year old boy around the Lord Road area of Beaver Dam. Five-year old Brandon Dunfield has not been seen by his mother since approximately 3:00 PM, August 7th. The RCMP were contacted at approximately 8:30 PM last evening whereupon a search was started around the Lord Road area. Brandon is described as being three feet tall, weighing 50 lbs, slim build, short brown hair, blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, with logo of a blue truck on front, pouch in front of sweatshirt, with yellow writing on the arm. He is wearing long dark coloured pants and brown and black velcro sneakers. A chopper from the 403 Squadron of CFB Gagetown is also assisting in the search, along with the New Maryland Fire Department. - 30 - Sgt. John Welcher District 2 RCMP

Le District 2 de la GRC ainsi que diverses équipes de recherche et de sauvetage du Nouveau-Brunswick recherchent un garçon de 5 ans dans la région du chemin Lord à Beaver Dam. Brandon Dunfield n’a pas été vu par sa mère depuis le 7 août vers 15 h. On a communiqué avec la GRC vers 20 h 30 hier soir, après quoi une recherche a été entamée dans la région du chemin Lord. Brandon mesure trois pieds, pèse 50 livres, a une carrure mince, les cheveux bruns courts et les yeux bleus. La dernière fois qu’il a été vu, il portait un survêtement gris avec le logo d’un camion bleu et une poche sur le devant et des lettres jaunes sur le bras. Il portait un pantalon de couleur foncée et des espadrilles à velcro noires. Un hélicoptère de l’escouade 403 de la BFC de Gagetown ainsi que le service d’incendie de New Maryland participent également à la recherche. - 30 - Serg. John Welcher District 2 de la GRC
