2004/9/21 RCMP continue to investigate missing person case, St. Stephen, N.B. The RCMP in St. Stephen is continuing to investigate the disappearance of a man over the weekend. 41-year old Willard (Billy) Leroy Matheson, of St. Stephen was reported missing to police on September 18th, 2004. Mr. Matheson is described as 6' tall and weighs between 190 and 200 pounds. He has short dark hair with a dark complexion. Mr. Matheson was last seen Thursday morning, September 16th, 2004 driving a 1988 Ford F250, 4 X 4, pick-up truck, with N.B. license plate CIF-866. Anyone with any information on Mr. Matheson is asked to contact the RCMP. - 30 - Cst.
