2004/6/29 Update: Missing Person, St. Stephen, N.B. The search continues for the 25 year old male Travis Rediker of Waweig, NB who went missing when his boat capsized in the Hanson Cove area, 15 kilometers North of St. Stephen on the St. Croix River. Conditions on the water at the time of the incident was rough due to high winds. Several items from the boat have been located, the divers are concentrating between this area towards shore. RCMP along with the Ground Search and Rescue are still searching the shore line and water for the missing man. No further information available at this time. - 30 - Contact: S/Sgt. Les recherches continuent pour retrouver Travis Rediker, âgé de 25 ans de Waweig, N.-B., qui a disparu quand son embarcation à chaviré dans la région de Hanson Cove, à 15 kilomètres au nord de St. Stephen sur la rivière St. Croix. L’eau était agitée au moment de l’incident en raison des grands vents. Plusieurs articles qui se trouvaient à bord de l’embarcation ont été retrouvés, et les plongeurs centrent leurs recherches sur cette région en allant vers le rivage. La GRC, à l’aide de l’Équipe de recherche et de sauvetage, continuent de fouiller l’eau et la côte pour retrouver l’homme.
